Francis Eversden of Foulmere (co.Cambs.), fellmonger, and w.Mary (a grandchild of Mary Wolley, late of Haverhill, widow,
deceased who was only d.and h. of Thomas Mortlock, sen., late of Haverhill, yeoman, decd.), to Henry Sperling of London,
merchant.

Messuages, lands, tenements, etc. in Haverhill, Kedington and Helion Bumpstead (cos.Essex and Suff.) [no details].

Recites Will, 29 June 1702, of Mary Wolley, bequesting above properties to her s.John W. and Thomas [illegible], in trust for her
frandchild Robert W. (s. of Robert W. gent., until he should reach the age of 24 years, conditionally upon paying the said Mary
eversden (dau.of Anne Carey), £100 with interest at the age of 21 years.

Recites indenture, 1 October 1716, bet, (i) said Robert Wolley the grandson, and w. Mary; (ii) Peter Storer of the Inner Temple,
London, and Rowland Davies of Chipping Ongar, gents.; (iii) Robert [illegible] of St. Lawrence Jewry, London, whereby a Fine and
Recovery were suffered, Rowland Davies, who agree to sell it to Henry Sperling for £1060.
