Person 00000373

? Christened possibly 01/02/1818 at Canterbury St Paul, Kent (CH)
? Father: John Bennett (1795)
? Mother: Elizabeth Reeves (1795)
George, son of John and Elizabeth Bennett of Longport, labourer
My George says he was born in Canterbury in 1818, and his father is called John, so this is the best christening record.
It is a bit of a jump to then move to this family on the Isle of Sheppey BUT the John was born in Marylebone, whiere my George
settles later, and George's wife Harriet lived in Sheppey in the 1830s which would explain how they came to meet. I note also that
these are non-conformist families.
